Adding and managing your place

Add a place

• Web: side menu › Create › Place. App: Account › Organizer › Places › New place.

Your progress is saved as a draft until you publish. Fill in:

Check Abonten first for an existing listing of your business — if one exists, claim it rather than creating a duplicate.

Publish

Publishing makes the place visible in Explore, search and the map, and on your public profile under Places.

Manage your listing

Open it under Manage › Places (web) or Organizer › Places (app):

• Edit details, contact and location.
• Photos: add, remove, reorder, and set the cover.
• Opening hours and services.
• Status: mark the place temporarily closed or permanently closed; the badge shows on your page and it is excluded from "open now".
• Bookings and Reviews — see Bookings, reviews and messaging.
• Promote — see Promoting your place.
• Visit QR — where the rewards programme is live, a rotating QR code visitors can scan at your place.

Insights

The place's Insights show page views and clicks on your contact buttons (call, WhatsApp, website, directions) over time.

Events at your place

Events whose venue matches your place appear on your page under Upcoming events.

Keep it accurate

Wrong hours or locations are the most common complaints. Misleading listings can be reported and restricted; permanently closed businesses should be marked as such rather than deleted, so people are not misled by search results elsewhere.
