Your public profile

Your profile (web: /user/<username>; app: Account › your name) shows your avatar, name, username, bio and website, and tabs for the events you have posted, the places you own, your reviews, and — visible only to you — your favourites and bookings.

Edit your profile

Settings › Edit profile (web and app): name, username, bio, website, and avatar. Avatars are cropped in the app or browser and uploaded straight to our image host; a progress bar shows the upload. Usernames must be unique. A "complete your profile" reminder appears until you have set a name and username.

Phone number and email

Settings › Security:

• Phone — add or change your number. We text a code to the new number; enter it to confirm. The code expires in 5 minutes.
• Email — add or change your address. We email a 6-digit code to the new address; enter it to confirm. A phone-only account that adds a verified email can then also sign in with Google or an email code.

Both flows work without signing you out.

Language

Settings › Language: English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Akan. The choice is saved on this device (a cookie on the web).

Appearance

Settings › Switch appearance: light, dark or follow the system.

Wallet and payout accounts

Saved payment methods live in Wallet. Organizer payout accounts live in Finances › Payout accounts — see Finance, payouts and settlement.

Delete your account
