For organizers
Event day — attendees and check-in
The attendee list
Open your event › Attendees (web: Manage › Events › event › Insights; app: Organizer › Events › event › Attendees). It lists every ticket holder with their ticket type and status, and lets you search by name.
Attendee names and contact details are shared with you only to run this event. Keep them confidential; do not export them for marketing or share them with third parties (see the Terms and Conditions).
Checking people in
From the list (web and app): find the attendee and tap Check in. Their ticket becomes used. Tap again to undo if you made a mistake.
By scanning (app only): on the attendee screen choose Scan. Allow camera access the first time. Point the camera at the attendee's QR code; the app reads the ticket code and checks them in, showing a clear success or error message. You can also type or paste a TKT- code.
What the scanner tells you
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Checked in | Valid ticket, first use |
| Already used | This ticket was checked in before — ask to see the buyer's app; the code may have been shared |
| Cancelled / not found | The ticket was cancelled or is not for this event |
Free events
Registrations are tickets too and are checked in the same way.
No internet at the venue?
Check-in needs a connection to record the ticket as used. Where signal is poor, a phone hotspot usually works; as a fallback, record names manually and check them in afterwards from the list.
After the event
Attendees who were checked in can leave a review once the event ends. Earnings become available for payout 48 hours after the event's last date — see Finance, payouts and settlement.
