Deleting your account

Before you delete

• Tickets: active tickets stay valid records but you will no longer be able to open them in Abonten. Download any you still need.
• Organizers: events you own are deleted with your account. Cancel upcoming events first so attendees are refunded and notified, and request any available payout — an available balance is not paid out automatically.
• Place owners: places you own are deleted with your account. If someone else should take the listing over, have them claim it first.
• Abonten Credit: any balance is forfeited and pending rewards are cancelled.

How to delete

Web: Settings › Security › Delete account. App: Settings › Security › Delete account, then confirm twice.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out everywhere.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, profile, phone and email, events and places you own, favourites, highlights, saved payout accounts and notification settings.

What is kept

For financial accountability, security and legal reasons Abonten keeps: payment transactions and tickets that were already issued, organizer ledger and refund records, reports you filed (with your identity removed), moderation and administrative logs, rewards ledger history, and — if you were on an Abonten field team or gave onboarding consent — that programme's audit records. Uninstalling the app

Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account; it only removes the app's local data and stops push notifications for that device.
